Sense To Webpage supports webpage editing without technical knowledge of HTML, PHP and JavaScript by extracting content to Sense, Silva Elm's structured document editor, when straightforward plain text modification is all that is needed. Sense To Webpage provides the potential for substantial cost and time savings as an alternative to expensive webpage-authoring tools and reliance on third-party web-designer services. Webpages are built by Sense To Webpage with XHTML strict or transitional 1.0 validation. A build option is provided to enable ROT13 email address encryption to counter spamming. Comprehensive ISO-8859-1 special character support is provided for the HTML. Webpage editing is project oriented providing user isolation from file management complexities without limiting the ability to exercise control over project direction. Legacy restrictions are avoided as webpage templates are generated automatically and may be cloned for new webpages. Original webpages are subject to initial validatory tests but explicit DOCTYPE declaration is not required although it is beneficial for styling and PHP / JavaScript complexities to be declared in separate CSS and Includes where practical. A Resolver is provided to tidy basic HTML issues should initial validatory testing fail. Sense text editing capabilities include headings, paragraphs and unordered bullets and may contain hyperlinks, anchors and image references that may be checked from within the editor prior to webpage builds - addresses may even be browsed as local paths if the resource is within the same folder hierarchy as the webpage. Edit transparency for non-editable hyperlink settings to retain functionality such as onclick handling. Sense To Webpage supports webpage file types with .htm, .html, .php and .shtml extensions and expects normal HTML head and body constructs.

LICENSE TERM
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the Software.
All disclaimers of warranties and limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

LICENSE GRANT
The Software is provided as a Free Download and includes an automatic non-exclusive Freeware license with no warranty.
This is a Freeware License between you, the end user, and Silva Elm Ltd. Silva Elm Ltd grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the copy of the Software on the computer as many times as you like, for as long as you like in accord with the terms set forth in this License Agreement.

The Software is owned by Silva Elm Ltd. and is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions. All rights, title, interest, and all copyright to the Software, documentation, and any copy made by you remain the property of Silva Elm Ltd. Unauthorized copying of the software and/or the documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and will make legal remedies available to Silva Elm Ltd.
You may: copy or otherwise transfer the Software Installation Component in its original form as supplied from Silva Elm Ltd to additional machines for the purposes of installing further copies of the Software within the terms and conditions of the FREEWARE LICENSE.
You may not: use, copy, sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer the Software, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this license. You agree not to modify or adapt the Software, in whole or in part, including but not limited to, translating or creating derivative works, disassembling or reverse compiling for the purpose of reverse engineering the Software.

Furthermore, you shall be liable to Silva Elm Ltd for all damages caused by such breach and unlawful use of the Software, including legal fees and costs incurred in any action, lawsuit or claim brought or filed to redress the breach of this agreement.

LIMITATIONS
This Software is offered free of charge on an "as is" basis. Silva Elm Ltd has no specific obligation to provide technical support of this Software. You may submit suggestions or questions to support@silvaelm.com. Silva Elm Ltd has no specific obligation to acknowledge or address these questions.

WARRANTY
SILVA ELM LTD LICENSES THE SOFTWARE TO THE LICENSEE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SILVA ELM LTD OR ITS DIRECT OR INDIRECT SUPPLIERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER TO THE LICENSEE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE LICENSEE INSTALLING OR SUBSEQUENTLY USING THE SOFTWARE. GENERAL
Silva Elm Ltd reserves the right to reclassify this software as a non-Freeware product at a later date (i.e. shareware, licensed royalty software, or public domain). Doing so will not modify the license agreement of previously distributed executables.
Occasionally Silva Elm Ltd may post a request for a donation in support of this software. This type of request does not change the classification of this software as Freeware.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each of the parties irrevocably submits for all purposes in connection with this agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
