This utility installs a network printer for all user profiles, both for existing users and any new users that have not logged in yet. Once a new user logs in, the computer creates a new profile and the printer will be automatically be create for them and this script also sets the printer as default for new users, existing users or currently logged on user. This script is intended for Windows XP computer that are joined in a Domain where the printer is hosted on a file server but it should also work in a workgroup infrastructure.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In no event shall ITHelpMe or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the SOFTWARE be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if ITHelpMe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE remains with the user.

The compressed zip installation file of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed without any limitations and by any media in its original unmodified state. No prior consent from ITHelpMe is necessary.

If you want to use the SOFTWARE on more than one computer, you must either seek individual licenses for each computer or purchase a site license or a world-wide license, accordingly.

By installing and using the SOFTWARE you are agreeing to the above terms.

User License Agreement - Tryout or Demo Version

IMPORTANT NOTICE
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between YOU as Licensee and ITHelpMe for the TRYOUT product identified above ("the TRYOUT"). By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the TRYOUT, YOU agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If YOU do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly return the unused TRYOUT or delete any copies of this TRYOUT in your possession. The copyright in the TRYOUT and its documentation is owned by ITHelpMe. Subject to the terms of this EULA, YOU are granted a non-exclusive right for the duration of the EULA to use the TRYOUT. YOU do not acquire ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in any part of the TRYOUT by virtue of this EULA. Your use of this TRYOUT indicates your acceptance of this EULA and warranty.

LICENSE GRANT
ITHelpMe grants you a non-exclusive license to test this TRYOUT in TRYOUT version, and any associated documentation ("The TRYOUT"), as indicated herein.

You MAY: (a) install and use the TRYOUT for evaluation purpose only during 30 days after the installation; (b) create records using the TRYOUT and save them for evaluation purpose only; (c) Redistribute the TRYOUT by any mean (CDROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you do change the original package and distribute only the original install package (see "distribution").

RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) use the TRYOUT after the evaluation period of 30 days; (b) use the records created with the TRYOUT (except for test purpose or if you purchased the full version); (c) sell this TRYOUT package (except for shipment and handling charges); (d) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this TRYOUT; (e) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this TRYOUT; (f) copy the documentation accompanying the TRYOUT; (g)alter this software in any way, including changing help and text files.

Distribution of the TRYOUT Version
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the TRYOUT as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the TRYOUT (you must distribute the INSTALL file, not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the TRYOUT (except for shipment and handling charges). Press is authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk, CD-ROM without permission from ITHelpMe. Shareware Web sites are authorized to distribute it as a download file (hosted or linked to ITHelpMe site) without permission from ITHelpMe.

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
ITHelpMe provides support on the TRYOUT by mean of online help, documentation, tutorials, knowledge-base and all other article freely accessible on ITHelpMe websites and product documentation. Email-based support is provided on ITHelpMe website for licensees of the full version of the product.

During use of the TRYOUT you may also report any TRYOUT problem to ITHelpMe. If ITHelpMe determines that a reported reproducible error in the TRYOUT exists and significantly impairs the usability and utility of the TRYOUT, ITHelpMe agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to correct or provide a usable work-around solution in an upcoming maintenance release or update, which is made available at certain times at ITHelpMe's sole discretion.

TERM
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the TRYOUT, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the TRYOUT, together with all copies thereof.

COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This TRYOUT and its source code are proprietary products of ITHelpMe and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The TRYOUT is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the TRYOUT and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the TRYOUT other than those specified in this License. Interaction or inclusion of parts of the TRYOUT in third-party products does not mean that the TRYOUT, or any portion of it, is part of these products nor property of the companies owning these products.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ITHelpMe DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE OPERATION OF THE TRYOUT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE TRYOUT WILL OPERATE IN COMBINATIONS OF TRYOUT OR HARDWARE THAT MAY BE SELECTED FOR USE BY YOU; (B) THE TRYOUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS; OR (C) ANY RESULTS, OUTPUT, OR DATA GENERATED BY THE TRYOUT WILL BE FUNCTIONAL, COMPLETE OR RELIABLE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS SECTION, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITHelpMe SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TRYOUT AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
THE LIABILITY OF ITHelpMe UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF LIABILITY OR THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID TO ITHelpMe FOR THE PORTION OF THE TRYOUT OR SERVICES CAUSING THE LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL ITHelpMe BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ITHelpMe HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE TRYOUT, OR ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE TRYOUT.

GOVERNING LAW - JURIDICTION
This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and applied in accordance with the American Law. The Courts of United States, America shall be the exclusive forum and venue to resolve any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
