1. All copyrights to Fitness Assistant are exclusively owned by the author - X3MSoftware

2. Anyone may use the trial version of the software for a test period of 15 days. Following this test period of 15 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Fitness Assistant, you MUST register

3. Every copy of Fitness Assistant has a unique installation number. When you purchase a registration key to unlock this unique installation number, Fitness Assistant can be used by an unlimited number of users on ONE computer. Making backup copies of Fitness Assistant for personal use is allowed and encouraged.

4. Non-profit distribution of the trial installation executable is allowed .

5. All attempts to defeat the shareware check are a violation of our copyright and strictly prohibited. If such attempts become known we reserve the legal right to prosecute the offending party.

6. Disassembling, reverse engineering, translation, patching, hacking, or cracking of this program (including its associated files), as well as distribution of any material that encourages or assists in any of these activities is strictly prohibited.
