- Ownership of the Software belongs to Emurasoft, Inc. All rights related
to the Software also belong to Emurasoft, Inc.

- It is prohibited to conduct reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling,
modification, change, or alteration of the Software.

- Any damage arising out of the use or performance of the Software remains
with the customer and the third party, and Emurasoft, Inc. does not take
any responsibility.

- Services such as user support for the Software is offered only through
e-mail.

- This License shall be interpreted and implemented in accordance with the
laws of Washington State, the U.S.A.

- Regardless of the country in which the software is used, the License
Agreement shall be interpreted and implemented in accordance with the
laws of Washington State, the U.S.A.

- This License Agreement is terminated automatically when the customer
fails to comply with it.
