This End User License Agreement including all supplements and modifications, that deliver with software (referred below as "EULA") is a full legal agreement between YOU - either an individual or a legal entity (referred below as "END USER") and Verysoft, LLC. EULA commutes for all previous and current oral and written statements, announcements, suggestions and declarations concerning licensed PRODUCTS. Please, read it carefully. If any of clauses in current EULA becomes void, impracticable or unlawful, all the rest of clauses are in force legal.

This EULA covers all existing versions of NiceAlarm and its beta versions (referred below as "PRODUCT" unless otherwise specified).

All copyrights to this PRODUCT are exclusively owned by Verysoft, LLC. Verysoft, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

The PRODUCT is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Veryoft, LLC owns the PRODUCT Title, PRODUCT content, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the PRODUCT, except for the included third-party software modules and parts, if any. The PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". END USER must not use, emulate, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, create derivative work or transfer PRODUCT'S EULA, or any subset of the PRODUCT'S EULA, except provided for this agreement. Any attempt of unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this EULA and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Installing, copying, loading and otherwise using this PRODUCT signifies the understanding and acceptance of the all terms and conditions of this EULA.

If END USER does not agree with the EULA terms and conditions s/he must remove installed PRODUCT and all its files from your storage devices and cease to use the PRODUCT.

If END USER uses unregistered version of the PRODUCT, refer to the section B. FOR UNREGISTERED USERS.

If END USER already registered the PRODUCT, refer to the section A. FOR REGISTERED USERS.

A. FOR REGISTERED USERS.

A.1. Once registered, the END USER is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for any legal purposes, without right to sub-license, to use the PRODUCT in accordance with this EULA and any other written agreement with Verysoft. One copy of the registered license gives END USER the right to use PRODUCT ONLY ON THE ONE MOBILE HANDHELD DEVICE.

A.2. After PRODUCT registration, the "License code" is presented. "License code" realises the right to use it with one version of the licensed PRODUCT under the conditions listed in this EULA.

FOR UNREGISTRED USERS.

B.1. Anyone may use unregistered limited version of the PRODUCT during testing period. After testing period ends END USER must register to continue using the PRODUCT.

B.2. The unregistered shareware version of the PRODUCT may be freely distributed, provided the as non-modified distribution package. While distributing the following information anyhow must be visible and provided describing the PRODUCT:
