SEVAL software gets activated and just extracts the email addresses, validates them, removes duplicates and lists all email addresses on the screen. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE LICENSEE, AND PPP Infotech Ltd.
BY USING THIS PROGRAM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF
THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

Limitations for SEVAL Email Extractor. NO WARRANTIES.
PPP Infotech Ltd expressly disclaims any warranty for SEVAL Email Extractor .
SEVAL Email Extractor and any related documentation is provided "as is" without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without
limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or infringement. The entire risk arising
out of use or performance of SEVAL Email Extractor remains with you.

Grant of License. You are hereby granted the right to use one copy
of the enclosed software program, SEVAL Email Extractor, (the "SOFTWARE") on a
single computer. The SOFTWARE is in "use" on a computer when
it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into
permanent memory (e.g. hard disk, CD-ROM disk, or other storage device)
of that computer. However, installation on a network server for the
sole purpose of distribution to one or more other computer(s) shall
not constitute "use" for which a separate license is required,
provided you have a separate license for each computer to which
the SOFTWARE is distributed.

Refund Policy: PPP Infotech Ltd provides you a FREE Trial
version of SEVAL Email Extractor software for your convenience to fully
evaluate it. If you purchase SEVAL Email Extractor, an email will be sent to you
with instructions to upgrade from an evaluation version to a registered
version. Once this is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given.
This is done because you are given an opportunity and sufficient time to
evaluate the software before deciding on the purchase.

Copyright. The SOFTWARE is owned by PPP Infotech Ltd and is
protected by copyright laws. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE
like and other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording)
except that you may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE solely for
backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a single
hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
purposes. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.
EXCEPTION: The Shareware Version of the SOFTWARE may be freely distributed,
so long as it is its original form.

Other Restrictions. You may not lease, rent or sub-license the SOFTWARE.
You may transfer the SOFTWARE and accompanying written materials on a
permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to
the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile,
or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
In no event shall PPP Infotech Ltd 's liability exceed the purchase price
of the SOFTWARE.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
PPP Infotech Ltd disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the SOFTWARE,
the accompanying written materials, and any accompanying hardware.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall the developer,
PPP Infotech Ltd, be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any
other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use
the SOFTWARE, even if PPP Infotech Ltd has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
