program(s), associated media, printed materials, and any \"online\" or
electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this
SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

This SOFTWARE is proprietary property of AssistantTools.com and is
protected under Copyright laws and international Copyright treaties and as
well as other intellectual property laws.

This SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

OWNERSHIP

Except as expressly licensed to you in this Agreement, AssistantTools.com
retains all rights, title and interest in and to the SOFTWARE.

GRANT OF LICENSE

You may use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer for your personal
use. This License agreement permits you to install and use one copy of the
SOFTWARE on a single computer at a time. This SOFTWARE is in \"use\" on a
computer when it is loaded into RAM (i.e., temporary memory) or installed
into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of
that computer. You may also store or install a copy of this SOFTWARE on a
storage device, such as a network server used only to install or run the
SOFTWARE on your other computers over an internal network; however, you must
acquire and dedicate a distinct license for each developer using the
SOFTWARE from the storage device. Any given license for the SOFTWARE may not
be shared or used concurrently or otherwise on different computers or by
different developer in a given organization.

Solely with respect to electronic documents included with the SOFTWARE, you
may make an unlimited number of copies (either in hard copy or electronic
form), provided that such copies shall be used only for internal purposes
and are not republished or distributed to any third party.

COPYRIGHT

All rights, title and copyright in and to the SOFTWARE (including but not
limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text
and \"applets\" incorporated into the SOFTWARE), and any copies of the
SOFTWARE, is owned by AssistantTools.com and is protected by Copyright
laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat this
SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material (e.g., book) except that you
may either (a) make one copy solely for backup purposes, or (b) transfer to
a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or
archival purposes.

LIMITATIONS

You may not rent or lease this SOFTWARE.

You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except
and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

ILLEGAL USE

To protect its rights from illegal users, AssistantTools.com reserves the
right to monitor and control the use of its SOFTWARE.

TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights, AssistantTools.com may terminate this
EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of
its component parts.

NO WARRANTY

The SOFTWARE and related manual are provided \"as is\". In no event is
AssistantTools.com liable for any claims, damages, loss whether in contract,
tort, or any other theory of liability.

AssistantTools.com disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the SOFTWARE and any other
accompanying material. There is no warranty by AssistantTools.com or any
other party or person that the functions contained in the software will meet
your requirements or that the operation of the software will be
uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all responsibility for the selection
of the software to achieve your intended results and for the installation,
use and results obtained from it.

You acknowledge that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has
been made or given by AssistantTools.com to any person or company on its
behalf in relation to the profitability of or any other consequences or
benefits to be obtained from the delivery or use of the SOFTWARE and any
accompanying materials including but not limited to SOFTWARE, manuals or
written materials.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASSISTANTTOOLS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ASSISTANTTOOLS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
